Responsibilities:
• Assist in the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the company's infrastructure.
• Performing daily asset and inventory management.
• Create and maintain IT documentation for all assets and tickets created.
• Develop, support, and control scripts for internal use only in vbscript or SQL.
• Act as a junior IT process controller and ensure that all systems meet or exceed agreed upon SLA’s and OLA’s.
• Run regular secondary IT system monitoring.
• Work with peers across the entire Textron enterprise to continuously improve time to market, cost and customer satisfaction for the business.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance as it relates to PCs, servers, networking, and other technical systems in the business.
• Interface with various corporate IT groups such as the Change Advisory Board and the SAP center of excellence.
• Interface and develop relationships with 3rd party suppliers.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required
• Years of Experience: P1- 0 years of experience required/ P2- 3 or more years of experience required
• Software Knowledge: SQL
