Handles a variety of inquiries and develops solutions for moderate to complex issues. Solutions are often based on the review of prior practices and/or experiences in similar situations. Most complex problem solving may require the use of experience, analysis, and research to resolve. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Infrastructure Management:** + Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and storage systems. + Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and security. + Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner. + **Project Support:** + Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects. + Collaborate with project teams to implement new technologies and systems. + Provide technical expertise and support during project deployments. + **Security and Compliance:** + Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures. + Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. + Implement security measures to protect the organization's data and systems. + **Documentation and Reporting:** + Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures. + Generate reports on infrastructure performance, incidents, and resolutions. + Provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements and optimizations. + **Collaboration and Communication:** + Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless infrastructure operations. + Communicate effectively with non-technical users to provide support and training as needed. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role. + Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and virtualization technologies. + Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Certifications:** + CompTIA Network+ Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate + Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) **Working Conditions:** + Office environment with occasional travel to other company locations. + On-call availability for emergency support as needed.
