The Opportunity:

As part of the Asia IT Back Office Organization, the Server & Storage Infra Engineer will be responsible for BO System Administration and ensure the availability, performance, delivery and maintenance of Infrastructure services such as servers, database & storage hardware infrastructure. 

Responsibilities:

Handle Asia Servers and Storage Services portfolio to ensure stable Infrastructure operations, service delivery of all Infrastructure & servicesEnsure the inventory of all hardware, software, and network resources is comprehensive and accurateActing as a point of escalation and ensuring that business activities are not disrupted in the event of an incidentTo be the project coordinator, work with HQ together or independently for the project implementationEnsure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users & monitoring of IT systems performance.Provide timely technical assistance to users, addressing hardware, software, and systems problemsTech support for maintaining the IT DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) and Perform backups and data recovery.Document technical procedures/solutions/Diagram

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar roleKnowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Dell servers, NetApp storage, Hyper-Converged TechnologiesKnowledge of Broadcom VMware virtualization productionKnowledge of Linux/Open Source tools/Netbox and applications will be an advantageKnowledge of Database is a plusStrong working experience of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies & with hands-on experience in mid-size envsExperience with Sniffer software, Structured Cabling documentation standards and diagrammingGood communication skill in both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skillAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesKnowledge of networking, databases, and operating systemsUnderstanding of IT security best practices
