IT Helpdesk Agent - Information Systems Saudi National
**Description:** You will do troubleshooting and resolve System issues by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems for end users. You will perform System Maintenance by routine checks, updates, and patches to keep IT infrastructure secure and operational. You will setup perform Hardware setup & Software Installations: Configuring new devices, installing applications, and ensuring compatibility with the organization's systems. Cybersecurity Awareness: Educating users on IT security best practices and assisting with security-related concerns. You will Coordinate with Cluster IT Manager to implement solutions and improve IT services. You will keep records of issues, resolutions, and system updates to support continuous improvement. You’ll ensure regular, scheduled backup of all business related, user relevant data **Qualifications:** Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming. Networking experience would be an advantage. Minimum 2 years work experience as Information Systems Coordinator or Assistant Information Systems Manager in an operation with advanced technology.
