As an IT Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and services to 24/7 operation. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including hardware and software maintenance, network administration, user support, and project management. You will be the go-to person for all things technology, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and the satisfaction of our employees.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issuesAssist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and software applicationsManage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access pointsImplement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivityWill work 12-hour shifts: 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am, 3 days a week, possible OT
Basic Hiring Criteria:Associate's degree or equivalent educational experience with IT infrastructureMinimum 4 Years experience IT Generalist
Desired Qualifications:4-7 Years experience
