Your Role at Delta Faucet

The Functional Manager (FM) directs the functional activities, analysis and re-design of business requirements in the identified solutions space, while aligning to the overall Information Technology (IT) strategy. You will engage with Supply Chain partners across Sourcing, Supply Chain Planning, and Manufacturing to solve business problems with technology and process improvements. You will work with Project Managers, other IT teams, and partners in Supply Chain and Sales Channels to deliver innovative solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities

Business Partner Engagement

Develop strong partnering relationships within the CompanySupport strategic priorities and goals for the teams representedContribute to the development of roadmaps in support of team goalsCraft Business Cases to identify projects to add to the IT PortfolioEnsure the functions represented understand the goals and capabilities of the IT organizationProvide consultancy on business process and solutions

Solution Design & Delivery

Maintain an understanding of broad trends in the technology landscape and apply them to our goalsParticipate in overall business solutions designs including reengineering business processes, organization and application architectureEnsure that the projects aligned to the strategic roadmap for this business area are delivered with quality, timeliness, and cost-effectivenessEnsure solutions align with defined architectural directionAct as Project Coordinator for smaller Information Technology projects, reporting status to the PMO

Solutions Support

Help lead support resources (internal and external) for a timely resolution of support issuesDrive critical incidents in area of responsibility to completionAssist with the resolution of complex problems that cannot be resolved by Key Users

Qualifications

5+ years of experience implementing solutions in SAP Plan-to-Produce, Kinaxis, and/or GEP2 or more implementations/experiences with design, configuration of applications and overall project deliveryHave a proven track record in solution architecting and development of Sourcing & Procurement and/or Supply Chain Planning technologiesPrevious experience includes integrating SAP modules/functions with supply planning and sourcing software platformsDemonstrated success in developing professional business relationships and encouraging these relationships to drive value centric initiatives.Demonstrated experience in leading multi-functional project teams.Creative and critical thinking, problem solving, business case development and achievement.Ability to clearly and concisely explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical associates.Implements responsibilities with limited direct oversight.
