Job Title

IT Financial Analyst

Monitoring the execution of IT Budget Latam: actual versus plan and identify variances.Monitoring and reporting of hours capitalization.Tracking headcount changes.Help to analyze accounting monthly close.Consolidation of the month - end results and forecast of the year.Assist in the preparation of annual budget.Produce monthly / quarterly and ad- hoc reporting of the results and inputs for senior management.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, risk, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.Tracking purchase of the area.Helping to create new dashboards of financial results to senior management.

 

Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

Students or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.Between 2 and 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.Strong oral and written English communication skills.Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Cross – functional collaboration.Inquisitive, diligent, and capable of challenging peers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
