A healthcare client of ours is seeking an IT Field Services Technician to join their growing team! This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of IT infrastructure—including networking, telecom, software imaging, and hardware systems. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of IT infrastructure—including networking, telecom, software imaging, and hardware systems. The technician will work in the field to install, maintain, and test their many computerized information systems. They will also be supporting end users.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements
2–5 years of IT experience (open to entry-level candidates with strong potential)
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, LAN/WAN, and telecom systems
Hands-on experience with imaging, equipment setup, racking and stacking,and multifunction devices
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform field-based tasks
Comfortable working independently and traveling to various sites
Vendor management and coordination experience
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Familiarity with routers, switches, and provisioning tasks is a plus null
