Responsibilities:

Server, System, and Network Management:

Troubleshooting hardware and software problems of users (70 clients).Management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of virtual virtual servers and physical servers.Management and maintenance of firewalls, Cisco switches, Mikrotik routers, and CCTV cameras.Monitoring network and system security and eliminating threats (such as malware and cyber attacks).

Virtualization and Backup:

Management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VMware ESXi, Center, and Hyper-V virtual servers.Maintaining VMware hybrid virtual environmentsRelaxation of Mikrotik routers and Cisco switchesMaintaining backup systems such as Veeam Backup, Replication, and Backup Exec.Maintaining and troubleshooting HP servers, NAS Storage, and iSCSI protocol.

WordPress Website Support and Website Optimization:

Supporting WordPress sites.Managing WordPress core, database, and fixing template and plugin errors (debugging and analyzing logs).Optimizing site speed and performance.Managing cPanel hosting and server resources.

Managing Email and Communication Systems:

Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Outlook, MDaemon, and Exchange.Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot voice communications of FreePBX-based VoIP systems.
