Your Role:

You will be the key point of contact for the administration and management of IT End-User Services (EUS) in Italy, ensuring effective support for approximately 1,700 users across multiple sites. Your core responsibility is to oversee the outsourcing contract, actively monitoring all services both front-office and back-office to ensure they meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will manage local and international vendors, strategically controlling the budget for all IT expenses and investments. By analyzing service data, you will identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions. You will also be responsible for corporate process governance, liaising with auditors, and managing all reporting and communication with stakeholders.

Who You Are:

Belonging to L.68/99 (Art. 1 / 18).

Degree in Management Engineering is required.

Significant multi-year experience managing structured services in a complex organization, preferably a large-scale multinational.

Proven track record of managing outsourcing contracts, vendors, and budgets.

Confident with quality systems and corporate governance processes.

Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement.

Fluent in both written and spoken English, Italian is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
