Job Title: IT ERP Architect
Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks an IT ERP Architect reporting to headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to develop Oracle accounting systems and applications. Utilize Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications to support accounting operations. Analyze and customize Oracle EBS applications including Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (RTR). Review and analyze existing technical accounting systems and develop improvement strategies. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Oracle EBS systems and applications. Interface with the business to understand the scope and requirements to provide accounting and financial analysis solutions. Function as the liaison with business managers, business users, and IT execution team. Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow. Recommend improvements to processes and technology that improve accounting operations. Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for feasibility studies. Develop and implement procedures and architectural principals to ensure that accounting and financial systems support the company’s business requirements and meet the needs of end users. Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical development and make recommendations for improvement. Telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S. permitted 5 days/week. Annual salary: $118,976 - $262,300/year.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (3- or 4-year degree accepted) in Accounting or a related field plus five years of Oracle accounting systems and applications experience. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following: 1. Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications to support accounting operations; 2. Analyzing and customizing Oracle EBS applications including Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (RTR); 3. Reviewing and analyzing existing technical accounting systems and developing improvement strategies; 4. Providing technical support and troubleshooting to Oracle EBS systems and applications; and 5. Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) for feasibility studies. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
