As a IT Engineer, you will:
Provide first-line technical support for Corp internal users across hardware, software, and system-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Support common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom). Manage user accounts and access rights in systems such as Active Directory, NAS File server, VPN Client, and Email. Handle new employee onboarding by preparing and setting up Corp IT standard and Corp access. Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including device assignment, transfers, and decommissioning. Perform basic network troubleshooting (e.g., connectivity, Wi-Fi, switches, patch panels). Manage and resolve support tickets using Jira Service Management, ensuring timely updates, and resolution according to SLA. Maintain, monitor video conferencing systems (Teams Rooms and Zoom room) including troubleshot varies issues. Assist in executing IT operational tasks and support internal IT projects as assigned.We Are Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support roles. Experience with Proficiency with Windows and macOS platforms. Familiar with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, DNS, VPN). Experience with remote support and ticketing tools (Jira, GoToAssist). Knowledge of endpoint security and data protection best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Able to work independently and as part of a team. experience in supporting users in a multinational or enterprise-scale environment. Self-motivated with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA and Fortinet certificates as plus) Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.Why join us?
