**Job Summary**
The IT Engineer - End User Devices is responsible for delivering support, maintenance, and innovative solutions to an enterprise end-user computer environment. This position will focus on maintaining standards-based desktop hardware architecture and application portfolios and the design, deployment, and maintenance of integrated Windows, Mac and Mobile device solutions.
**Role Description**
+ Manage integrations with multiple platforms and applications.
+ Utilize and manage the latest enterprise provisioning solutions and desktop management and automation tools from Microsoft and Apple.
+ Maintain, package, and deploy application source files for all approved end user applications.
+ Experience with DaaS solutions such as Windows 365 Cloud PC
+ Perform tier 3 troubleshooting for complex issues such as incompatibility and manufacturer change.
+ Collaborate with various technical departments to evaluate, test, and integrate upgrades to desktop operating systems, support software, and applications.
+ Cross-train peers on desktop support and engineering methodologies
+ Responsible for Public and Private KB documentation and knowledge transfer of desktop-based tools, services, and troubleshooting.
+ Responsible for documentation and knowledge transfer of desktop-based tools and services to Tier 1 and 2 personnel
+ Work closely with security and threat management to assist in mitigating continual vulnerabilities.

**Skill Level Requirements**

+ Expertise in leveraging cloud-based platforms and services to build, deploy, and manage applications and data on the internet - Intermediate
+ Experience in managing and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security. - Intermediate
+ Familiarity with tools such as Puppet, KernelCare, Tenable, and/or Tanium for automating and managing cloud environments. - Intermediate
+ Understanding of directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP for efficient user and resource management. - Intermediate
+ Ability to implement and manage DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and monitoring to enhance the collaboration between development and operations teams preferred - Intermediate
**Other Requirements**
+ Completed Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience required
+ 2-4 years of experience with scripting and automation; Bash, Python, PowerShell preferred
+ 2-4 years of experience managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 -140,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
