We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Business Analysist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on Oracle Production Support for Day-to-Day  operation,  business reporting and local-host application system administration, and IA(Intelligence Automation) solution development  based on Microsoft tools to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Work as Oracle Production Support to make sure order to normally import into oracle system and processing,  work with global support team to  fix system issue timely to minimize the impact to business operation , support  system enhance delivery per business request, and as site key user to participate on-going testing (IAT) ,  and  Complete Order Error Correction daily; Monitor the status of scheduled jobs; Support Business Setup on site specific including  but not limited to Planning code Manufacturing Calendar. Oracle accounts and responsibilities validation Provide support for Business Reporting : Collect, study and analysis the business requirement; Develop, deploy and testing report for user acceptance; On-going  maintenance to fulfill business requirements. IA (Intelligence Automation) solution support : User requirement Investigation and analytics; Develop solution of IA (Intelligence Automation) to improve process efficiency; Work as department IA champion to drive IA program.  The other related jobs assigned

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in  Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer & Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business system support in MNC  , including not limit to ERP and MES, or a related area. 2-3  years of IT job experience in reporting, IA solution development base on Microsoft tools, software engineering, or a similar role.
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience with Oracle EBS R12; Familiarity with manufacturing engineering, production structure and order process; Familiarity with Microsoft SQL server, script development and Database administration;  Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps).
