We are seeking an experienced and visionary IT Director to lead our Digital Enablement Operations team. In this role, you will lead a global team of up to 100 professionals across the U.S. and India—spanning Application Development, Operations, Support, Architecture, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, QA, and Project Management.

You will be a senior leader responsible for ensuring that the technology solutions we deliver are deeply aligned with business priorities, trusted by our clients, and capable of meeting both immediate operational needs and long-term strategic goals.
