IT Director, Global Infrastructure
The IT Director, Global Infrastructure provides strategic leadership and is responsible for Infrastructure across all manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and corporate offices. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a robust, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure that supports global operations. The IT Director, Global Infrastructure oversees data centers, networks, cloud services, end-user support, IT operations, and hybrid infrastructure that enables our enterprise platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and alignment with business goals and supporting a 24/7 manufacturing and supply chain organization.

General Responsibilities

Directs the activities related to Information Technology in the company, involving the definition, development, maintenance and operation of technologyAdvises on the selection of hardware, software and suppliesOversees and determines timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outagesOversees and reports on allocation of IT budgetDirects team and overall IT business operations to achieve company goalsTransparently communicating throughout the IT organization and businessIdentify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans



Experience / Qualifications

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a global IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and digital transformation roadmap.Infrastructure Management:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of global infrastructure including data centers, networking, cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure), storage, and compute resources.Global IT Operations:
Ensure 24/7 operational support, monitoring, and incident management for infrastructure services across all regions.Cybersecurity & Compliance:
Collaborate with the CISO and security teams to ensure infrastructure complies with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and best practices.Team Leadership & Development:
Manage a globally distributed team of infrastructure engineers, architects, and operations staff. Foster a high-performance, accountable, collaborative, and inclusive culture between this team of employees and contractors and the broader IT organizationHybrid Cloud Strategy & Migration:
Evaluate existing Infrastructure design and determine if changes to the strategy are needed to meet business needs.Vendor & Budget Management:
Negotiate and manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers. Partner with internal sourcing for vendor evaluation, selection and contract negotiation. Develop and control the infrastructure budget.Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery:
Design and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Assist in developing and executing a robust technical department process that spans both our enterprise infrastructure and our operational technology. Operational experience with the convergence of IT/OT and infrastructure supporting global MES platforms.Program Management:
Oversees the development and execution of many projects across the global infrastructure from onboarding acquisitions, offboarding divestures, technical upgrades, implementation of new technologies that impact end users.

Base Salary Range:

$177,800.00 - $244,420.00
