We’re currently seeking a IT Digital Project Manager to join our Headquarters team!
In this role (eCommerce & CRM) will be a pivotal member of our digital team, responsible for successfully planning, executing, and finalizing a variety of digital projects with a primary focus on our eCommerce platform and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role requires a blend of project management methodologies, understanding of digital retail ecosystems, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, directly impacting on our customer experience and business growth.
What You Will Do:
Project Planning & Scoping:
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and work breakdown of structures Work with business analysts and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specificationsProject Execution & Management:
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, utilizing Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate Oversee daily project activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (for Agile projects) Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status to stakeholders Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively Proactively identify and resolve project issues, roadblocks, and conflicts Manage change requests and ensure appropriate approvals and documentationeCommerce Focus:
Manage projects related to eCommerce platform enhancements, new feature development, payment gateway integrations, shipping solutions, and website optimizations (e.g., UX/UI improvements, conversion rate optimization) Oversee the implementation of new product categories, promotions, and content updates on the eCommerce platform Ensure seamless integration between eCommerce systems and other enterprise applicationsCRM Focus:
Lead projects for CRM system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Braze) Manage the integration of CRM with eCommerce, marketing automation, and customer service platformsHow You Will Shine:
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in IT/Software development Proven experience with web development, mobile applications, or enterprise software projects Preferred: Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods Hands-on experience with Agile project management methodologies in web development, mobile apps, and enterprise software projects Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information Strong logical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Passion for learning, growing, and improving Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive under pressure Demonstrated ability to thrive in a growing, multi-faceted environment Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment Result-oriented mindset
