**IT Device Activation Solution Architect** **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Onshore Device Management Architect to lead the design and implementation of our device management platform, leveraging DevOps practices, CPE expertise, and RDK knowledge. As a Device Management Architect, you will oversee the development of scalable, secure, and efficient device management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** · Design and implement device management architectures for CPE devices using RDK · Lead the development of DevOps practices for device management, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous monitoring · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of device management with existing infrastructure · Develop and maintain technical documentation for device management architectures and solutions · Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in device management, DevOps, and RDK **Requirements** · 8+ years of experience in device management, DevOps, or a related field · Strong knowledge of CPE devices, RDK, and device management protocols like DHCP, TFTP, SNMP, TR-069, TR-369 · Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git · Programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C+· Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills · Experience with cloud-based device management platforms · Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes · Required to be onsite **Nice to Have** · RDK-B certifications · DevOps certifications like DevOps Foundation Certification or Certified DevOps Engineer · Experience working in a cable MSO with knowledge on DOCSIS/Fiber Plant/Infrastructure/CPE **Salary and Other Compensation:** Along with base compensation, this position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. **Benefits:** Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: • Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance • Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off • 401(k) plan and contributions • Long-term/Short-term Disability • Paid Parental Leave • Employee Stock Purchase Plan **Disclaimer:** The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
