Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Developer Specialist Jr. to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software development and a drive to learn and grow. In this role, you will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications in collaboration with a cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities: + Design, develop, and maintain software applications by business and technical requirements. + Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices. + Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and features. + Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality. + Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing applications. + Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, suggesting improvements to enhance systems and processes. + Contribute to the overall design and architecture of scalable and maintainable software solutions. + Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase. + Mentor junior developers, offering guidance and support to help develop their technical skills. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). + Experience with programming languages (.Net, SQL, Angular, C#). + Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. + Familiarity with version control systems + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Willing to work on-site in Monterrey in our offices. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with front-end and/or back-end development frameworks. + Knowledge of automated testing tools and practices. + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
