Responsibilities:

 

Implement new technologies to support and enhance the Global Salesforce Service Cloud application and the connected eco-system of 3rd party applications and data integration points.

 

Provide guidance on PSP (Patient support Program) matters to the various workstreams including:  SDLC (software development life cycle), development best practice, testing methodologies, and project management;Identify opportunities for business process optimization; Engineer integration of multiple systems platforms and work processes; streamline data management; improve user experience; identify and integrate new technologies; improve performance metrics; identify opportunities to improve workflow and productivity; lower costs while maintaining client experience; Build local, regional, and global partnerships with all Business Technology teams;Design adaptable and scalable solutions for our customers considering demographic trends and generational differences;  Provide subject matter knowledge and technical expertise for key sector solutions - Align with Solution Architect on defining the long-term direction of the solutions and support Business Partners in the communication of the Solution Roadmap;Play key role during solution requirements gathering and business and use case development (benefits, etc.);Define technical requirements and collaborate with technical teams to translate into configuration, support selected local customization tasks in alignment with application teams; andCreate and execute against a test plan. Document test scenarios, sets and/or scripts and participate in testing activities as they align with the testing strategy.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field, and two (2) years of work experience with software development within the health care industry. In addition, the employer requires the following:

 

Demonstrated ability designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications gained through two (2) years of work experience;Demonstrated ability designing and implementing communication using Salesforce Marketing Cloud gained through two (2) years of work experience; Demonstrated ability designing and implementing Boomi processes and data mapping gained through two (2) years of work experience;  Demonstrated ability collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions with Salesforce gained through two (2) years of work experience; andDemonstrated ability understanding patient support program and related business processes to convert business needs into technical solutions gained through two (2) years of work experience.

 

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
