What You'll Do at Pega: Design and implement enterprise Data Engineering solutions are agile and scale with Pega’s business growthEnsure data models are designed for flexibility to support future business needs and enhancements.Collaborate with the Data Engineering Team members across geographies to deliver on project requirements.Help with the effort to create standards, processes, change controls for the Data Engineering team to ensure operational consistency.Who You Are: You are a strong collaborator with the ability to communicate complicated information in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
