This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow their skills in Azure Cloud engineering team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Azure services and a willingness to learn and develop in a supportive environment, while operating large scale Azure platform development. **Your responsibilities** **Azure Infrastructure Support:** + Assist in the deployment and maintenance of Azure infrastructure components, ensuring high availability and performance. + Support the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools for efficient deployment processes. + Gain knowledge of various services from the MS Azure portfolio (IaaS, PaaS, serverless computing, etc.). + Troubleshoot Azure-related issues **Platform Optimization:** + Help optimize platform engineering processes to enhance scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency on Azure. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Cyber Security, application teams, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues. + Learn and assist with scripting and automating standard tasks and deployments (usage of PowerShell, Ansible, bash). + Build new solutions using CI/CD approach with use of automation and scripting. **Security and Compliance:** + Work with the security team to implement and enforce security measures in Azure environments. (RBAC, policies, benchmarks) + Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to Azure platform services. Apply security best practices including identity management and RBAC. **The experience we're looking for** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (4+ year of experience as cloud engineer, developer or similar.) + Experience or coursework related to Azure services and infrastructure components. + Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM) is a plus. + Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps is a plus. + Familiarity with Agile methodology and the ability to work in a SCRUM team is a plus. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in international, multi-cultural team(s). + Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive environment. + Any related Azure certification (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-500 etc.) is a plus. **The skills for success** Platform Engineering, Agile Best Practices, User Experience Design, Compliance Management, Communication and Collaboration, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
