The **IT&D Manager – St. Peters** Role is a leadership role within the IT&D Manufacturing NAC organisation and is specifically responsible for the St Peters Hygiene factory in Missouri. The role is based in St Peters, MO, USA. The IT&D Manager is responsible for activation of all strategic IT&D initiatives in the Factory. Establishing an account manager relationship with factory leadership, this person will ensure that there is a clear communication line between all parties and that stakeholders buy in and commit to a transformation journey. **Your responsibilities** + IT Strategy and Planning: + Develop and execute the factory IT strategy aligned with overall business objectives. + Identify opportunities to leverage technology to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve operational performance. + Collaborate with senior management to prioritize IT initiatives and investments. + Infrastructure Management: + Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of factory IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems. + Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. + Manufacturing Systems Integration: + Lead the integration of IT systems with manufacturing equipment and automation technologies. + Work closely with engineering and production teams to implement data-driven solutions for process optimization and quality control. + Data and Analytics, RPA: + Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract actionable insights from manufacturing data and identify opportunities for process optimization. + Deploy process automation capabilities using Reckitt tools. + Cybersecurity and Compliance: + Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect factory IT systems and sensitive data from cyber threats and breaches. + Ensure compliance with Reckitt Policies, industry regulations and standards related to IT security, data privacy, and intellectual property protection. **The experience we're looking for** + Experience of working in a complex organisation with a global scope. + FMCG experience desirable but not essential (8 + years) + Degree qualified or equivalent + Best in class business partnering + Demonstrable Manufacturing process understanding and proficiency; experience with IT Operating Model alongside Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0 + Project Management and Change Management skills desirable + Knowledge of key Industrial Automation and Data Analytics systems desirable + Oversight on the relationship and execution of Manufacturing operations with sufficient process understanding to present solutions to business teams, whilst equally articulating problems to technical or delivery teams **The skills for success** Digital Strategy, Product Solution Architecture, Cyber Security Strategy, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Portfilio Management, Data Governance, Product Compliance, Digital Transformation, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Outstanding Communication, stakeholder engagement. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
