And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches. **About the role** This role is responsible for the delivery of major projects, enhancements, and support related to SAP FICO, SAP S4 HANA, and financial planning and management reporting. **Your responsibilities** + Provide subject matter expertise in General Ledger (newGL), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Controlling, Bank communication management + Work with global process owners and end users to design and deliver global solutions and localizations to meet statutory and regulatory requirements. + Provide estimates for system changes and enhancements and drive approved requests to completion. + Be available during Financial Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End closes. + Enforce development standards, change control processes, and adherence to the SAP global template. + Should be ready to provide 24x7 on-call support for high-severity incidents which impacts business **The experience we're looking for** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related discipline. + 5–6 years of SAP experience in the FICO module, with at least 3 years supporting SAP Finance and Controlling + Good to have an experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of a multinational SAP instance. + Strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and its financial modules. + Good understanding of HighRadius (Cash Application, Deductions, Collections), BlackLine (Account Reconciliation, Task Management), and OneSource Tax Engine. + Good to have experience in healthcare and/or consumer packaged goods industries in regulated environments. + Proven success in managing and implementing global ERP solutions.. + Hands-on experience with bank interfaces, EBS, and middleware integration with SAP ECC. + Strong SAP configuration and technical skills, including workflow and functional specification development. + Understanding of SAP module integration points and interdependencies. + Global experience working across cultures, time zones, and geographies. + Excellent communication skills. + Understanding of ERP KPIs and metrics. + SAP Certification in relevant modules is a plus. **The skills for success** Digital Strategy, Product Solution Architecture, Cyber Security Strategy, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Portfolio Management, Data Governance, Product Compliance, Digital Transformation, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Outstanding Communication, stakeholder engagement. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
