You will be pivotal in driving forward our cybersecurity initiatives, collaborating with a dedicated team to develop new detections and refine our systems, all within the dynamic world of Splunk technologies. Dive into a role where your ability for innovation and problem-solving can thrive, keeping us ahead in a world of ever-evolving cyber challenges. **Your responsibilities** + Build and implement automation solutions to streamline ITGC testing, monitoring, and reporting activities using modern tools and frameworks (e.g., Power Automate, Python, RPA, custom scripts, AI-enabled tools). + Pilot and scale AI-based risk monitoring and analytics tools to transform how we assess control effectiveness and detect anomalies. + Develop intuitive, dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to enable real-time insights and executive decision-making. + Integrate automated control execution and monitoring into IT workflows, partnering with engineering and product teams across the organisation. + Support the implementation of AuditBoard and other GRC platforms, with a focus on automation and integration with upstream systems. + Partner with 1st Line of Defense teams to co-design and embed automated control routines directly into system and process landscapes. + Identify opportunities to replace manual controls with tech-enabled alternatives or intelligent exception-based monitoring. + Contribute to the broader Controls Transformation programme, tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. + Engage with internal and external auditors (e.g., EY, KPMG) during reviews of automation effectiveness and ITGC control environments. **The experience we're looking for** + 5+ years of experience in automation, data engineering, tech risk, IT audit, or adjacent disciplines. + Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath), scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL), or data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). + Experience implementing or integrating emerging AI-based compliance and assurance tools is a major plus. + Working knowledge (or high interest in learning) IT General Controls, GRC frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, COBIT), and their automation potential. + Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow). + Passion for problem-solving, automation, and continuous improvement. + Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills. + Comfortable presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. + Open to learning ITGC concepts on the job – prior deep experience not required. + A collaborative and curious mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo. + Experience of working in a multi-skilled and diverse IT team. **The skills for success** Digital Strategy, Product Solution Architecture, Cyber Security Strategy, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Portfilio Management, Data Governance, Product Compliance, Digital Transformation, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Outstanding Communication, stakeholder engagement. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
