**Job Description**
A major airline company is looking for an IT Cybersecurity Risk Manager to be the first hire and build out their team! You'll play a critical role developing and implementing their Cybersecurity Risk Management program. You'll define the long-term strategy for cybersecurity risk management for the company, and be responsible for solving complex challenges in the field. You'll identify, assess, and monitor IT and cybersecurity risks across infrastructure, applications, and third-party services. You'll also collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business units to implement risk mitigations strategies, and ensure compliance with regulator and industry standards for NIST, ISO, GDPR, SOX, PCI, etc. You'll maintain the IT risk register and build out reporting tools for key risk incidators and trends for leadership, while staying current on emerging IT risks and technologies.
Ideal candidates have built out IT Cybersecurity Risk programs.
This role is remote hybrid, 3 days on-site at SEA TAC Airport.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ 5+ years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or IT audit
+ Experience with risk assessment methodologies
+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with stakeholder engagement
