Serco is seeking a part time IT and Communications analyst to join our Agile Impact Team! Remote work based in Illinois.
The IT/Cyber analyst will be a part of the Agile Impact group. Agile Impact provides subject matter expert advice, solutions and support to a wide range of DoD (Air & Space Force, Navy, Army, Missile Defense Agency) and non-DoD (DHS, HHS) government customers. Within DoD, we provide analytics capabilities for the sustainment of existing and development/fielding of next generation capabilities. In this position, you will join the Agile Impact’s highly qualified interdisciplinary consultants delivering high quality solutions to complex issues for a variety of federal civilian and defense customers. The IT analyst will be a full time Serco Agile Staff professional who will provide a full range of IT and cyber expertise. You will be expected to support a wide variety of projects including working for and with a variety of DoD, Federal, and corporate customers. You will interface with customers on a regular basis to develop project requirements, collaborate and work on integrated teams, and to brief, defend, and support project results. Must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers. You will work in close collaboration with senior government and commercial customers providing consultation, recommendations, and support. You must also have excellent listening as well as oral and written communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with customers and colleagues.
In this role you will:
Serve as an IT/Cyber analyst working on project teams with other consultants and SMEs representing multi-disciplinary skillsetsEmploy IT/Networking (including Cloud) expertise to the benefit of Serco and various clients/customers with emphasis on communciations and IT throughout the infrastructure design process.Contribute to the development of a variety of technical documents requiring IT best practices and Cyber contentDevelop customer briefings and support meetingsSupport bid and proposal efforts involving IT/Cyber expertiseContribute to customer engagement and business development effortsEducate and influence stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams on effective solutions and best practices QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:
An active DoD security clearance requiredAssociate's degree in science with more than 9 years of IT/Communications experienceExperience in developing, integrating, and executing IT, Cyber, Information Assurance, and Information Security policy and programsExperience on IT project lifecycle management teamWorking knowledge of Department of Defense IT and Cybersecurity policies, instructions, directives, and technical guidance, including Cyber Test & EvaluationFamiliarity with Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer duties and responsibilitiesKnowledge of the Risk Management FrameworkCloud migration and security experience desiredAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyAbility to work in a highly dynamic, complex, and deadline-intensive environmentInnovative and driven work ethicAbility to travel 10%If you are interested in supporting and working with Serco-NA across the globe on a passionate, talented, and diverse Serco team- then submit your application now for immediate consideration.
