An IT Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel.

What will I be doing?

We are seeking a motivated and technically-minded individual to join our team as an Entry-Level IT Coordinator. In this role, you will support the IT Department in ensuring the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its guests. Your contributions will help maintain smooth operations, delivered on time, within budget, and in line with IT standards. This role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. This is a part time role with up to 25 hrs weekly spread across 4-5 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist team members with day-to-day IT-related issuesProvide basic IT support across hardware and software systemsPerform regular user access audits to ensure system security and complianceRecord all issues that arise and escalate to the Manager when further attention is requiredRecommend system improvements to the Manager based on observed needs and feedbackCommunicate with hotel team members to respond to any guest-related IT requirementsAssist with computer reimaging, hardware setup, and peripheral connectionsSupport and troubleshoot local server environments and cloud-based systems
