Position Summary:
The IT Coordinator, core function is to assist with on-site technical IT support for KFC Yum! Center. Such responsibilities will include assisting with the support and maintenance of network infrastructure, computer hardware and software, upkeep of system documentation, daily problem resolution, as well as acting as an escalation point for users in problem resolution relating to general hardware, software, and communication issues relayed through the ASM IT Help Desk, or by direct contact from the user base. This position will also be responsible for fulfilling the needs of the events occurring at the arena including working events as scheduled.
Essential Functions:
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year)
Area of Study: Information Technology Systems
Years of related work experience: 1-2
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical position with primary responsibilities supporting users in a Microsoft environment, including Office 365, Windows 10/11.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a technical position in a facility with standard network and server protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Minimum of 1 years of experience with business applications, with experience in report writing, creating user documentation and/or specifications, etc. Minimum 1 years of experience in network and telecom operational support to include MACs, structured cabling, patching, and cross connecting (110 and 66 blocks).
Previous Customer Support Management, Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong working knowledge of Cisco network devices, Ability to perform VLAN switching and switchport activation, Ability to perform basic Unity Connection changes such as resetting voicemail passwords, Ability to perform basic Call Manager changes such as phone extension changes
Strong knowledge of various mobile handheld devices such as Samsung and iPhone
Strong working experience with Windows desktops and laptops
Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with internal and external staff.
Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely.
Willingness to work different shifts and extended hours as needed, to support scheduled events.
Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):
Knowledge of Wi-Fi spectrums, channels and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Audio systems and IPTV systems
