**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Contract Specialist to support our IT and Procurement teams in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing cloud service engagements.
As a Contract Specialist, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage contracts within the IT category throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that all parties adhere to the agreed -upon terms and conditions. You are also expected to oversee and manage the relationships between Publicis and its vendors and so will be assigned with a portfolio of vendors within the IT category.
This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in IT and procurement, and a keen interest in cloud technologies and vendor management.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage the full lifecycle of IT contracts.
+ Work closely with all internal stakeholder groups to ensure contracts are compliant with Groupe Policies and any statutory and/or regulatory requirements.
+ Maintain accurate records of contracts in the Groupe contract repository.
+ Build in-depth knowledge and understanding of the contracts within your portfolio.
+ Develop, implement and lead regular vendor evaluations including performance reviews, service meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure compliance with terms and service obligations such as SLA’s or KPI’s
+ Address any performance, service or relationship issues Identifying and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships.
+ Identify and mitigate any potential vendor risks, i.e. financial stability, data security, compliance, and business continuity.
+ Build and maintain effective and efficient internal and external relationships.
+ Act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for the vendor contracts within your portfolio.
+ Monitor cloud service utilization and identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Identify opportunities to deliver further value for money for the company.
**Qualifications**
**Experience:**
+ 5 years IT procurement and/or IT sourcing experience.
+ Demonstrable experience working with large or important IT vendors.
+ Strong knowledge of IT licensing and commercial models.
+ Evidence of direct savings or business value achieved.
+ Working in teams where colleagues are globally distributed.
**Desired Skills and Abilities:**
+ Strong understanding of commercial contract law.
+ Good understanding of data privacy and security and how relates to the IT Software category.
+ A team player with the ability to build positive and professional relationships, internally and externally.
+ Completely literate in the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and presentation skills and the ability to analyze data, vendor performance metrics, and financial information.
+ Strong negotiation skills.
+ Sound judgement and able to make decisions quickly and without direct supervision.
+ Can-do attitude, results driven and resourceful.
+ Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions for implementation.
+ Ability to adapt your style and approach in an ever changing and dynamic environment.
+ Proficiency in procurement software and tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
