Managing the AWS infrastructure hosting this vendor software (Monitoring alerts, Windows patching, digital security requirements, instance sizing, etc.) Support the Power commercial team in access management, license management, connectivity job failure issues Update and test vendor releases Enhance existing in - house built components associated with the vendor product Design, develop, and deploy new solutions based on users requirements Periodically test Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities.
