Experience in setup of Org Structure, functionality configuration & Integrations Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment, Credit card integrations Setup of Direct Debit Payments and Customer Refunds. Strong Understanding of Dunning Process, Collection, Installment Plan, Revenue recognition. Setup of main & sub transaction experience in analyzing issue in billing & invoicing process. Sound knowledge of integration with Billing, FICO, banks and other 3rd party applications. Sound troubleshooting skills, and multiple tasking capability. Prioritize and get work done by the offshore team. Good communication skills
