Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an IT Compliance Administrator to join the compliance team of one of their top clients in the insurance space. The role is responsible for responding to compliance requests related to IT security and data privacy from third-party vendors and clients, ensuring Alliant's adherence to State and Federal laws and industry best practices. The position supports the IT Security team by assessing current practices and providing recommendations to mitigate risk. It involves managing vendor security assessment reviews as part of the Vendor Risk Management Program, ensuring compliance with corporate and divisional policies, procedures, and relevant laws. The role identifies new compliance requirements from vendors, clients, and government agencies, working with the security team to implement appropriate practices. Responsibilities include completing assessments and questionnaires from third-party vendors and clients, reviewing legal documents from an IT governance and risk perspective, and sharing information with the IT Security team. The position partners with various Alliant teams to ensure vulnerability remediation and compliance with corporate security policies and best practices. It also involves participating in annual audits (SOC2, HITRUST, HIPAA, ISO 27001) and ad hoc compliance audit requests, identifying and raising awareness of potential risks, and proposing mitigation strategies. The role requires handling client situations professionally, emphasizing customer satisfaction, and keeping clients updated on expectations, problem status, and completion. Additionally, the position assists with system implementation related control requirements for mergers and acquisitions and system upgrades, develops and documents new processes and procedures to enhance client service, and stays abreast of leading practices in IT governance, risk, and control, collaborating with management to deliver internal training and guidance.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years' experience with Vendor Risk Management in the compliance space
5+ years and advanced regulatory requirements in the security space CPPA, CPRA,
Advanced compliance knowledge and best practices of SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27011
Comes from Insurance, finance or Banking Background, highly preferred Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow and Best practices
IT Security Engineering experience
Certifications: CISSP, CISA null
