IT Client Support Analyst
Job Description An employer is looking for an IT Client Support Analyst in the San Antonio area. Skills and Requirements Educational Background: A Bachelors degree is required. Ideally, this degree should be in Information Systems or a related field. Skills and Abilities: - Advanced computing skills, especially in performing data manipulations with Excel. - Analytical abilities to collect, analyze, and evaluate production records and trends. - Problem-solving skills to identify and correct equipment failures, hardware issues, or data storage difficulties. - Collaboration skills to work with other teams and managers in optimizing production processes. - Attention to detail for quality assurance and performance evaluation. - Data analysis skills to increase production efficiency. - Promotion driven for Contract Manager career path - Candidate will complete a competency test before interviewing.
