IT Capacity Manager

Their profile combines advanced technical knowledge, practical experience, and management skills, allowing them to ensure that IT systems operate efficiently and effectively, anticipating and responding to the changing needs of the business. **Responsibilities** + Monitor the lifecycle of assets. + Manage software licenses. + Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT assets. + Collaborate with other departments. + Generate reports on the status of assets. + Monitor and optimize the performance of IT systems. + Plan and manage the capacity of technological resources. + Conduct trend analyses to predict future needs. + Develop and maintain capacity management policies and procedures. + Coordinate and lead project teams related to capacity and performance. **Who You Are** **Education and Certifications** + Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. + ITIL Certification. + Additional certifications in areas such as performance and capacity management (e.g., ITIL Capacity Management). **Experience and Skills** + Previous experience in similar roles for no less than 4 years. + Experience in implementing and managing performance monitoring tools. + Deep knowledge of IT capacity and performance management. + Ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports. + Capacity to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments. + Oral and written communication skills, both in Spanish and English (intermediate level). + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. + Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management. **Personal Competencies** + Detail-oriented and accurate. + Analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proactivity and ability to work autonomously. + Interpersonal and leadership skills. **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
