Based in Jerusalem, you will be a part of a dedicated team that is responsible for end point hardware, inventory and conference rooms.What your job will look like:Supporting staff with software, permissions, and hardware issues.Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system hardware, software, and networking issuesAssisting Networking, Storage, Systems and Infosec teams with troubleshootingInstalling, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers and multi-media conference roomsProvisioning IT equipment to staff and maintaining inventory asset recordsAssist with other duties and special projects, as directed by the managerAll you need is:5+ years proven experience as an IT technician or other support roleGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, video conference rooms and other tech products such as - Office 365, Active Directory, Networking & NAC.Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issuesFamiliarity with IT Asset Management systemsProficiency in EnglishExcellent communication skillsCustomer-oriented and service orientedBackground and certification in Networking
