The Business & Technical Analysis Manager – R&D ESD establishes operational objectives, policies and procedures and delegates assignments to their team responsible for the identification, evaluation and design of technology-based business solutions as well as providing support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications. They drive the strategy and success of larger projects which contribute to solving complex business problems, driving system optimization and mitigating potential risk. The role is aligned with the various R&D organizations to develop solutions to support their business needs by improving efficiency and speed to market.
