**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Configure Oracle Compensation in line with Business Unit needs and Emerson Global HRIS standards.
+ Bring together, document, and validate business requirements for Oracle HCM, primarily focusing on Compensation.
+ Support HCM implementations and onboarding activities across functions.
+ Conduct data validation and payroll parallel testing.
+ Maintain consistent reporting standards and coordinate cross-unit reporting needs.
+ Present scalable, best-practice solutions aligned with business objectives.
+ Help construct test plans and conduct user acceptance testing for system updates and improvements.
+ Perform functional and regression testing to ensure system stability.
+ Assist with initiatives concerning HRIS and internal processes.
+ Provide functional support across Oracle HCM modules as needed.
+ Research, test, and validate new Oracle features prior to production rollout.
+ Transition completed implementations to ongoing HRIS support.
+ Resolve production issues in collaboration with the Operations team.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field;
+ Two to five years configuration, implementation, or business support experience;
+ Ready and willing to share information, as vital;
+ Ability to efficiently work in a team environment;
+ Excellent organizational and interpersonal and written communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Oracle HCM experience preferred; however, other HCM system experience will be considered;
+ Able to connect with personnel in multi-disciplines from the clerical level to senior management;
+ Able to interact expertly with clients, contractors, and vendors both internal and external;
+ Experience with large change initiatives is a plus;
+ Interacts with other team members to exchange information and builds a positive and productive team dynamic
