IT Business Senior Analyst - Digital Transformation -

**Description**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in business analysis, a basic understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle within a regulated financial reporting environment, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients to drive continuous improvement and deliver excellent results. This role will focus on the analysis and delivery coordination of Production Change Requests, working closely with the Lead Business Analyst.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to the business analysis aspects of projects, collaborating with Technology and Finance functions.
+ Develop comprehensive documentation following Business Analysis best practices.
+ Conduct thorough analyses to define problems and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
+ Maintain current knowledge of the technology stack and business priorities within the financial and regulatory reporting scope of the EMEA Solution Center.
+ Proactively communicate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
+ Analyze system and process interdependencies, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
+ Create process models to coordinate functions such as development, quality assurance, release management, and support.
**Required Skills:**
+ 5-8 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
+ Proven experience contributing to the delivery of solutions requiring a detailed understanding of business requirements.
+ Basic understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle in a regulated financial reporting environment.
+ Hands-on KNIME development experience.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
+ Solid documentation and presentation skills.
+ Experience and desire to collaborate with internal clients within Financial Reporting.
+ Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a controlled environment while contributing to client value.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Team player with demonstrated experience in delivering results collaboratively.
+ Flexibility in taking on new challenges, shadowing teammates, and occasionally assisting with non-BA tasks.
+ Experience managing user requests on existing functionalities, clarifying less structured requests, and managing the end-to-end change process.
+ Basic understanding of the regulatory reporting technology stack.
**Desired Skills:**
+ Python or Java coding literacy
+ Relevant work experience in an Agile environment
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Technology, or equivalent professional experience
