IT Business Relationship Lead
Łódź, Poland – Hybrid setting
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Business Relationship Management – Primary liaison to business workstream leaders to define solution, address business objectives, enable efficiencies. Influence business LTP with technology acumen.
• Mobilize project along with Blueprinting, Solution Design for end-to-end SAP manufacturing solutions using modules like SAP PP, MM, QM and seamless integration with third party applications.
• Developing and maintaining SAP solution architecture, product roadmapping and integration plans.
• Overseeing SAP landscape enhancement projects, upgrades, and support activities including budget forecasting.
• Owns IT LTP in area of expertise. Working closely with steering committees, business leads, Business Relationship Directors (BRD), internal and external customers, vendors and peer companies, research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to support McCormick’s strategic initiatives.
• Seeking constant improvement opportunities and appropriately challenges processes, streamline and optimize business and/or IT processes whilst maximizing effectiveness.
• Serve as project functional leader, team member or IT Project Manager on multiple applications, technology projects and strategic planning initiatives.
• For projects, formulate systems scope, estimates, and objectives relative to business needs and project requirements, considering application of industry best practices and new technologies.
• Participates in project design reviews for large (Tier 1 and 2) projects.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Fluent English language.
• Certification and/or Licenses: SAP, PMP.
• Experience in SAP solution architecture for end-to-end life-cycle implementations for manufacturing companies, preferably including 2 with global deployment.
• Solution design experience across multiple sub-processes or SAP modules (e.g., Production, Supply Planning, Quality, Warehouse Operations or SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, IBP, APO, GTS, etc.) and technical area (e.g., EDI, Workflow, BW reporting).
• Expertise in mobilizing project and execute blueprinting, solution designing for SAP projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in problem solving process for projects and support.
• Expertise in delivery, project management, budget forecast, process management and business systems requirements definition. Knowledge of non-SAP products is nice to have.
• Ability to build relationships, interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to influence across functional teams and manage relationships across multiple cultures.
• Capable of assigning work, monitoring follow-through and communicating output to business stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills; outstanding problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Demonstrated written communication skills, specifically, documentation of system design, configuration, and process specifications.
