WHO YOU ARE:
We are looking for an IT Business Intern for a 6-month contract. As an IT Business Intern, you’re a motivated and curious individual who enjoys solving problems, supporting others, and learning how technology helps a business run smoothly. You’re organized, eager to develop new skills, and thrive when working on multiple tasks. You’re comfortable asking questions, documenting what you learn, and helping different teams work better together.
As an IT Business Intern your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide basic technical support for teams in stores, e-commerce, warehouse, and customer service. Troubleshoot and document user issues; escalate more complex problems to the IT team. Help monitor and track ongoing support tickets or requests.Team Coordination & Communication
Help prepare simple training guides and user documentation for new tools or processes. Support communication between technical teams and business users. Help with gathering business needs or system feedback from users. Assist in testing new tools or features and reporting bugs or user feedback.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Recently graduated or in a field related to Business, IT, or Computer Science. Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new systems. Good communication and writing skills. Organized and able to manage time and tasks across multiple priorities. Willing to learn about IT systems, business operations, and project coordination. Bilingual (French and English – spoken and written) is a plus.GROW WITH US!
