This role must be performed in Minneapolis, MN, however a hybrid working model is acceptable.

• Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities across target verticals (Financial Services, Retail, Agri/Food, MedTech, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Cultivate C-level relationships with enterprise clients and position CGI as a trusted strategic partner
• Lead strategic pursuits from identification to deal closure, leveraging CGI’s global capabilities and industry-aligned solution offerings
• Partner closely with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to align business development efforts with client needs and metro strategy
• Represent CGI in the local market through events, forums, and thought leadership opportunities
• Deliver on individual and metro-wide revenue and margin targets
What you'll bring
• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting/services business development (non–staff augmentation)
• Proven success developing new enterprise clients and closing complex services/solutions deals
• Experience working with or selling into major clients in the MSP metro area a strong plus
• Strong understanding of technology trends, enterprise challenges, and digital transformation
• Executive-level presence with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build, execute and maintain new client penetration and development strategies and plans
• Excellent presentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to learn and understand technical concepts
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $141,200.00 - $247,100.00.
