Support system enhancement request by analyzing and documenting user requirements Manage system developer prioritization in delivering system enhancements Design functional solution together with system developer to address user requirements Conduct internal testing to ensure all the functional solution working Arrange user acceptance testing with business users to validate the enhancement by gathering proof of test and sign off Create user guide documentation and provide system training to trainers or business users, when required by the project Work closely with respective departments and development team to resolve production issue
