Business Analyst Duties: * Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business and technical needs into clear, actionable user stories * Own and manage the Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog-prioritize, refine, and prepare stories for upcoming sprints * Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from the business side, including planning, oversight, and issue resolution * Deliver milestone updates and sprint summaries to both business and technical audiences * Coordinate testing, feedback, and change management activities to ensure successful feature rollouts Scrum Master Duties: * Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives * Serve as a servant leader-identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum * Track sprint health, team velocity, and workflow efficiency; Proactively suggest improvements * Promote Agile best practices and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture * Support the Product Owner in defining sprint goals and aligning stakeholders
