As an IT Business Analyst you will be accountable for the end to end analysis activities required for the development and enhancement of Enterprise products and will play a critical role in the delivery of the high quality Enterprise products, the best customer experience and meet our client’s needs.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Collecting and formalizing business requirements from the client regarding the development/modification of the necessary software systemsAdopts Design Thinking principles using the Design Thinking Processes and Methods to ensure innovation is driven into product design and user experienceDiscussing and validating business requirements with other teams involved in the development of the software and business productContributing to the definition and agreeing with the technical teams on the technical and functional specifications for the modification/development of software products, maintaining constant communication with the teams involved in the implementation of the solution (Project Manager, Service Designer, Solution Architect)Responsible for analyzing, planning, and monitoring the implementation activities related to the previously defined specifications (for software and business solutions in the areas of UCC, IoT, Cloud & Security, etc.), according to the agreed traceability matrixResponsible for the qualitative and timely delivery of business requirements (using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies), ensuring high customer satisfactionCoordinating traceability throughout the project execution, ensuring compliance with the business requirements agreed with the client, identifying and implementing measures to mitigate the impact of risks, and constantly improving the processes and tools used in business analysisResponsible for continuously improving within their practice. Including both functional & non-functional requirementsProvides support for the company's service transformation and commercialization initiativesWith these skills you are a great candidate: Experience in NPD (New Product Development)Experience in IT methodology or in a process model (e.g., ITIL) (is a plus)Good knowledge of ARIS and Business Process Framework, Agile, Waterfall and SAFe methodologies and Jira/ConfluenceFluent EnglishCommunication skillsStakeholder managementSounds like the perfect job?
