 Role & Responsibility

The primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between the different business teams' needs and technical solutions.

This role can encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering and Plant teams to understand their needs and priorities.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop IT strategies that support business goals and drive innovation.Project Management: Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.Service Management: Ensure IT services are aligned with business needs and are delivered with high quality and reliability.Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and services.Training: Training the business teams about the new tools and technologies Alignment to IT Goals: Promote the use of emerging technologies to drive business innovation and efficiency. Align with Adient IT Goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.

Experience : 6+ Years

Working experience of Teamcenter RAC, AWC and other modules of Teamcenter such as structure manager, Manufacturing Process Planner, Query builder, Change ManagementGood understanding of Engineering Bill of Materials, Manufacturing Bill of Materials, precise & imprecise BOMsGood understanding of Product development and ERP applicationsShould be able to support the integration between Engineering applications and Manufacturing systemsKnowledge & understanding of data enrichment and transfer tools between applicationsShould have experience in working on Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools for requirement / Bugs creation and trackingAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex datasets and visualizing information effectively.Technical Proficiency: Azure DevOps user level, Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, MS PPT, Agile MethodologyExcellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and present findings in a clear and concise manner.Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to work in a team environment, facilitating communication and ensuring project goals are met collaboratively.
