IT Business Analyst

1. Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Documentation
Collaborate with Lob/Business and IT teams, to gather business requirements, analyze the requirements, validate their feasibility, and translate them into functional specifications design , business rules document and process flows.
Understand their needs and document clear and concise business requirements.
2. Solution Designing
Work closely with-IT technical teams, such as software developers and Enterprise Architecture to design and propose technology solutions that align with the LoB/Support Unit requirements. This may involve evaluating existing systems, recommending new technology tools, and defining system interfaces.
Ensuring aligned with the Danamon's strategic goals.
3. Manage LoB/Support Unit
As Relationship Manager between LoB/Support Unit and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle as well as on day to day related to IT.
Ensuring those requirements meet with LoB/Support Unit requirement. Ensuring all the requirements understand by IT Teams or any other parties related.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance
Collaborate with tester teams to develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on the defined requirements. Participate in testing activities, including functional testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing, to ensure that the solution meets the desired quality standards.
Ensuring all the test cases including negative scenario and any others specific scenario execute properly.
