Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Business Analyst in Juno Beach, FL. Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements * Facilitate communication between business units and the technical development team to ensure alignment Business Process Analysis: * Analyze current business processes related to energy trading and risk management * Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ETRM system * Map out process flows and make recommendations for enhancements Compliance and Risk Management: * Ensure that the trading and risk management system complies with internal audits standards and SOX regulatory requirements * Identify, document, and provide mitigation strategies for risks Project Management: * Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources * Serve as backup scrum master when necessary * Prepare project status reports/dashboards and communicate updates to management
