IT Business Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Business Analyst in Juno Beach, FL. Summary: This candidate will be responsible for acknowledging, evaluating, and resolving service tickets within SLA agreements. The IT Systems Analyst must have exemplary problem-solving skills needed to evaluate root cause issues and solve complex functional, configuration, and technical system issues. The role will interface with business users, requiring excellent communication, relationship management, and time management skills. It is preferred that candidates have a working knowledge with ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary liaison between CBUs and IT, facilitating communication and support * Support key applications working with vendors and the business * Provide first-tier functional and technical support to end users * Execute SQL scripts for data management and troubleshooting * Understand and analyze applications and environment logs * Administer Windows servers and support on-premises windows and RE Linux based applications * Assist with cloud solutions maintenance and migrations * Analyze business processes and identify technology opportunities to reduce operational and licensing cost * Design and implement IT solutions to meet customer needs and business goals * Establish and manage effective customer relationships with system users and other IT technical team members * Apply advanced analytical skills to decompose work into manageable value-based units * Respond to requests, identify conflicts, and make recommendations * Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems * Identify interdependencies and functional gaps in business processes * Build a strong understanding of technical solutions and analyze failure points * Contribute to the application QA testing process and support end users
