Key Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst ensures business requirements are translated to IT functional requirements used in providing IT solutions from Global IT organizations, Commercial-off-the-shelf/Cloud applications, third-party/ Internal custom-developed Applications. This position reports directly to the together with the System Analyst and Data Engineer, provides support to IT Business partners that represent the Organization’s Business units.The Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Degrees in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Data Science are also relevant.Certifications that enhance credibility and skills:Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).Certified Scrum Master (CSM)ITIL Foundation CertificationMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a combined Business Analyst role or similar roles.Critical thinking and creativity.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of business analysis techniques.Familiarity with industry-specific tools and practices.Extensive knowledge of programming languages and technologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN) is a plus.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Ability to use and manage GIT to store the source codeAbility to work with SCRUM project styleProfessional Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessaryONLY a shortlist of applicants will be contacted.WVI implements a Safeguarding Policy as a form of our commitment to protect children and adult beneficiaries.
